Shipping Policy

Order processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping times
Because some of our products ship directly from our suppliers, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International shipping
We currently only ship within the United States.

Delays
Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high order volume. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you updated if a significant delay occurs.

Order tracking
Tracking information is sent via email once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at josephhomier@gmail.com.
